Tlight Optics 800G QSFP-DD800 transceiver modules are designed with single-channel 200G PAM4 technology for use in 800 Gigabit Ethernet links up to 2km of single mode fiber. They are compliant with the QSFP-DD MSA and IEEE 802.3cu. The optical transceiver is RoHS compliant.

Tlight Optics 800G OSFP (200G per line) transceivers are designed with single-channel 200G PAM4 technology for use in 800 Gigabit Ethernet links up to 2km of single mode fiber.  They are compliant to the latest releases of the OSFP MSA. Firmware supports CMIS 5.0 and newer release. We offer transceivers for DR4, FR4 and 2xFR2 interfaces.

Tlight Optics 800G QSFP-DD optical transceiver module includes two architecture solutions, 4x100Gx2 and 8X100G. In addition to the traditional EML design, SiPh-based solutions are also available to meet short-distance transmission needs. The products comply with IEE802.3ck and QSFP-DD 800 MSA standards, and support CMIS4.0. Products are mainly used in 800G Ethernet, data centers and Cloud networks.

The 800G OSFP stands for 800G “Octal Small Form-factor Pluggable”. The electrical interface of an OSFP connector consists of 8 electrical lanes, each running at 100Gb/s for a total bandwidth of 800Gb/s. 800G OSFP optical module includes two architecture solutions, 4x100Gx2 and 8X100G.
