Wuhan TLight Technologies Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 in Optical Valley, Wuhan City, focusing on production and sales of Optical Transceivers and DAC/AOC products. TLight is committed to providing solution design, product supply and service support for global Data Centers & AI networking, Cloud computing, Enterprise networks, Access networks and Wireless networks.
Currently, TLight products cover various rates, various types of packaged optical transceiver modules and cables, including Ethernet transceivers from 1G/10G/25G/40G/100G to 200G/400G/800G/1.6T and FTTx transceivers of GPON OLT/ONU, XGSPON OLT/ONU and Combo OLT/ONU products.
With standing stock, TLight can respond to customers in a timely manner and provide integrated one-stop solutions of optical communication products. We provide stable quality and cost-effective products and services for global optical communication project integrators, small and medium-sized equipment providers, operators, and data centers.

TLightOptics products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship starting from the date of delivery. TLightOptics promises three years warranty period for all products.
Warranty Policy detailsWarranty begins from the date of shipment from a TLightOptics facility.

RMA Instructions
Obtaining a RMA numberFill in the RMA request form and send back to the TLightOptic’s sales representative or account manager. When filling out the request form, please provide complete contact information as well as detailed descriptions of the item malfunction. It is not sufficient to state that the item "does not work". If you are uncertain about the cause of the problem, please contact a technical support engineer at TLightOptics. The engineer may be able to resolve your issue without requiring you to send your product in for repair. When we confirm and approve the RMA, TLightOptics will release an RMA NO.
Returning the product for repair
Make sure that you include a printout of the RMA request form with your item when you ship it to us. Usually, you are responsible for the shipping charges when sending your item to TLightOptic’s facilities. Or after application approval, you could use “pick up” service by TLightOptics designated freight carrier. TLightOptics will cover any shipping charges when returning your item back to you. On your shipper's invoice, be sure to write the following: "Goods with no commercial value are being returned for repair." Without this note, additional charges will be levied by customs, which you will be responsible for.
Service charges
Charges may be incurred for certain repairs. TLightOptics will charge for repairs to products whose warranty period has expired. TLightOptics will also charge for repairs to products if the damage resulted from acts of God, environmental or atmospheric disturbances, or other external forces through misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alteration or repair. If charges will be incurred for a repair, TLightOptics will send a "Proforma Invoice" that lists all charges, and will wait for your approval before performing the repair. Repair service charges will be calculated as follows:

The turnaround time for diagnosis, repair, and return can vary from a few days to a few weeks. Please contact rma@tlightoptics.com for estimated turnaround times. If a refurbished replacement product is available, it can be shipped within a few days.
Shipping of repaired items to customer
Repaired items will be shipped along with a "Repair Report" detailing the findings and actions taken. Repaired items will be returned by priority mail. You may request a private shipping service such as UPS or DHL, but you will be responsible for any additional costs. If you require any special shipping arrangements, please indicate this clearly when shipping your item to TLightOptics.
